Learn
We ground into the historical context of Trika Shaivism, via the teachings of Tantra, with an emphasis on application for our modern lives. This includes an overview of the three Supreme Trika Goddesses, Parā, Parāparā & Aparā, and the teachings they impart.
Practice
We take that context and apply it to practices sourced from Tantra that impact how we show up for daily life, in parenting, business & work, relationships and our creative lives. Practices include chanting, visualization, and extracts from the Vijñāna-Bhairana Tantra.
Embody
Through understanding the context, and working with the practices, we begin to embody the qualities of the Goddess, as She becomes us. We learn how to use the challenges of daily life to return, again and again, to the heart of the Goddess.

Welcome! My name is Kara-Leah
I began teaching yoga in 2006, six years after a life-altering Kundalinī awakening cracked me wide open. Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of students through the process of applying the teachings of Tantra to daily life—turning confusion into clarity, fear into joy and obstacles into open doors.
Since awakening began in 2000, I’ve explored the paths of Yoga and Tantra deeply. I've trained with master teachers, completed a 1000-day Ucchāra practice, and over the last two years have been in devotion to the Goddess, including chanting to Her every morning (initially for an hour a day, 650 days in a row, and now 30+ minutes every morning).
Over two decades of living, practicing, teaching, and mentoring, I’ve tried and tested how to honour, revere and use these teachings and practices in daily life, as a single parent, a business owner and in all my relationships. And now, I’m offering you an opportunity to step into a three-day journey to discover the power of devoting to the Goddess.
